Pena Alba was created in 2025 with the sole objective to fully renovate and expand a building from the XVIII century in the heart of Principe Real, Lisbon.

Our goal is to sell, buy and rent unique properties with quality construction, local materials and sustainable practices, or as we like to call it: affordable luxury.

From 2027 on, six premium apartments fully furnished will be available for medium and long term rentals where our future tenants will be able to choose from a list of possible tailored services.
